SN Tech Pros helps businesses look great online. We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can connect with clients and sell our services: web design/development, graphic design, social media management, and web hosting.
This is a fully remote gig based in Cameroon. Bonus points if you speak both English and French!

What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.), and follow up on leads
- Explain what we offer – our packages, features, and pricing – in a way that makes sense
- Help clients pick the right service for their budget and needs
- Check in with current clients, see how they’re doing, and solve any problems
- Close deals on web design, graphic design, and social media packages
- Build relationships that last (and lead to more sales down the line)
What You Need:
- Demonstrable ability to engage with clients with confidence
- Above basic knowledge of Modern Information Technology and online ladscape.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience. (ICT, Sales and Marketing backgrounds preferred)
- NICE TO HAVE: Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Growth:
- Probation (3 months): 75,000 XAF/month base pay.
- Full training on our products and sales process.
- After probabtion: 120,000 XAF/month base salary
- .Uncapped commissions on every deal you close
- 15,000 XAF bonus for each web design project you close
- 10,000 XAF/month connectivity allowance (to help with internet costs)

After your successful 3-month probation, your compensation matures to a base of 120,000 CAF/month, plus uncapped 15,000CFA commission on every deal you close. Additionally, you will get 10,000 XAF internet allowance monthly.
Your primary focus will be generating and closing deals. This involves proactive outreach through cold calls, social media (like Facebook, X, and Instagram), and following up on warm leads. You’ll conduct sales pitches via Zoom, tailor solutions to client needs, and manage relationships to close sales for our web development, graphic design, and social media packages.
You will be engaging with business decision-makers, often at a high level. Your target audience includes CEOs, founders, and marketing directors of small to medium-sized businesses, both within Cameroon and internationally. All your interactions will be conducted in English.
Yes. After you successfully complete your 3-month probation period, you will receive a monthly connectivity allowance of 10,000 XAF to help cover internet and utility costs associated with working fully remotely.
