Welcome to SN Tech Pros. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services. By engaging with SN Tech Pros, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Branding and Outbound Links
All websites designed by SN Tech Pros will include our standard branding (logo) and outbound links. This branding is part of our service offering and will appear on the footer of every website we develop.
To remove all SNTechPros branding from your website, you must negotiate this change with us directly and pay a one-time fee equal to 25% of the total cost of the project USD.
2. Project Commencement and Termination
2.1 Project Commencement
Once a project has commenced, you agree to the scope and terms outlined in the initial agreement which may or may not include a detailed project proposal.
2.2 Termination by Client
If you decide to terminate the project after it has commenced, no refund will be paid by SNTechPros unless the termination is due to a demonstrable, irreversible fault from SNTechPros. In such a case, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Due to Delayed Delivery
If you request a refund due to delayed delivery of a project, SNTechPros will provide a refund proportional to the extent of our liability. This refund will exclude any funds already spent and only applies if we have been unable to deliver a project after twice as much time has passed as the proposed delivery date.
3.2 Refunds for delays
A refund for delays will only be considered if the delay exceeds double the estimated project delivery date, excluding any delays caused by the client.
4. Project Delivery Timeline
4.1 Estimated Delivery Dates
The expected delivery date for a project is our best estimate and may change during the course of the project and we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.
4.2 Client Responsibilities
If the customer delays a project by not providing the requested information, tools, or media, SNTechPros will not be responsible for the delayed delivery and will not issue a refund. Customers must promptly provide all necessary materials to ensure the timely completion of the project.
5. Final Provisions
These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between you and SNTechPros. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any revised terms.
